For the mango lassi, dice the mango flesh and puree in a blender. Blend with yogurt and water, season with lemon juice, sugar, rose water and cardamom. If necessary, strain through a hair sieve.

If the consistency is too thick, add a little mineral water and then chill. Garnish with lemon balm or mint.
