Instructions:

Let the yeast, sugar and milk rise in a warm place to double the quantity.

Warm the flour slightly (in a warm tube), lightly whisk the cream and yolks.

Mix everything well with flour and melted butter until the dough becomes soft and shiny, and comes away from the bowl. Let rise in a warm place.

Shape the dough into a loaf or bun, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; let rise again.

Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown.
