For the semolina casserole with bananas separate the eggs.

Then pour the yolks with the sugar into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until thick. Mix in the yogurt and the cream as well as the semolina.

Peel the bananas, cut them into thick slices and pour the eggnog over them. Beat the egg whites until very stiff and fold into the semolina mixture with the marinated bananas.

Grease an ovenproof dish, pour in the mixture and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Cook in the preheated oven at 180° for about 45 minutes.

Serve the semolina casserole with bananas.
