Instructions:

Mix flour, milk and egg yolk to a thick dough, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Let rest for half an hour.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Lightly flour the cherries and fold into the dough with the beaten egg whites.

Heat oil in a pan and bake small pancakes in it. Sprinkle with sugar while still hot.

Arrange on a flat plate and sprinkle with enough powdered sugar. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
