Boil milk, put in a ceramic bowl form and cool until lukewarm. Stir through with sour whipped cream and leave at room temperature for about 24 hours until it thickens. Then place in the refrigerator to cool. Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on the thick milk.

If you buy fresh milk directly from the farmer, that is, not pasteurized and homogenized, you can stand it without inoculating it with sour cream. The souring process will then take a few days.
