For the chocolate-nut slices, beat the soft butter with the sugar and the yolks until thick and fluffy. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and gradually add to the yolk mixture, mixing well.

Mix nuts and chocolate and add alternately with milk, finally fold in beaten egg whites. Spread this mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.

When cooled, cover with chocolate icing, cut into triangles and arrange nicely.
