Instructions:

First, boil oat flakes, spelt flakes and flax seeds in the soy drink, season with turmeric, very finely chopped ginger and black pepper, sweeten with 1 tsp. honey and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, slice strawberries and banana.

Arrange the breakfast porridge on a deep plate, top with the strawberry and banana slices and drizzle a tsp of honey over the fruit.

Serve the golden breakfast porridge.
