For the chicken breast with broccoli, swell the rice in lightly boiling, salted water. Peel onions, chop finely and fry in margarine until translucent.

Cut chicken breast fillets into small pieces, fry with the onions until golden brown and remove from the pan.

Wash broccoli and mushrooms, cut into pieces and steam in the pan with the vegetable soup until the vegetables are cooked. Then add cream and season with pepper, salt and lemon juice.

Cook everything over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Toast cashews in a second pan without oil and pour over vegetables.

Serve the chicken breast with broccoli.
