For the creamy beef goulash, peel the onion and cut into your cubes, then cut the meat into 1cm pieces.

Sauté the onion cubes in the butter until translucent and then add the beef pieces.

When the meat has taken color, stir in the paprika powder. Immediately add vinegar and pour in enough water to almost cover the meat.

Simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes. During the cooking process, stir in the bouillon cube, caraway seeds and the goulash fix.

Keep stirring to prevent it from burning. When the goulash has thickened a bit, stir in the crème fraîche and add a little water if necessary.

Finally, dust the creamy beef goulash with a little flour.
