Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and take out the yolks.
Mash the yolks with a fork and stir with mayo until creamy. Season to taste with dill and spices.
Fill the cream into a piping bag and squirt into the egg halves. Garnish with piri-piri and parsley.
