For the berry-apple muffins, mix the soft butter, eggs, whipped cream, grated apples and 2/3 of the berries.

Mix in the flour, powdered sugar, grated coconut, grated almonds and the coconut milk powder. Spread the amount nicely in the muffin tins (lined with baking paper or muffin frames) as well as add the rest of the berries on top.

Bake at 180 C° for about 25 minutes. Then lower the heat to 140 C° and bake the berry-apple muffins again for about 25 minutes.
