Stir agar-agar into the juice, heat it while stirring, do not bubble.

Add the honey, stir and pour on the spot into the prepared jars and seal.

Agar-agar: is obtained from red or marine algae. Due to its pectin content, it has six to seven times the gelling power of animal gelling agents. One tsp. of agar-agar is calculated for half a liter of liquid.
