Instructions:

Marinate cookies with liqueur. Mix yogurt with sugar, grated lemon skin, soaked, dissolved gelatin. Whip the cream until stiff, add cookies and peach cubes. Leave the cream to cool for 2 to 3 hours.

Arrange the dumplings and serve with sauce.

Tip: The higher the fat content of the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
