Jacket Potato

For Jacket Potato brush the potatoes with a little butter and bake in the oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Let cool a little and cut crosswise and scoop out a little.

Chop the onion and fry it in the butter. Let it cool down a bit and mix it with cheese and bacon.

Fill the potatoes with the mixture and bake again until the cheese has melted.
