For the kohlrabi soup, peel the potatoes, kohlrabi and onions. Dice the potatoes and kohlrabi, finely chop the onion.

Sauté onion in oil until translucent, add potatoes and kohlrabi and fry briefly. Pour in soup and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Set aside half of the soup, puree the other half and add it again. Melt the processed cheese in it while stirring.

Add the parsley and season the kohlrabi soup.
