For the peanut caramel chocolate bar, first line a loaf pan (approx. 24 x 24 cm) with baking paper. Melt half of the chocolate with 60 g peanut butter in a metal bowl over a water bath. Stir occasionally. Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for a few minutes to set.

In the meantime, mix marshmallow cream, 60 g peanut butter and powdered sugar and pour on the hardened chocolate layer. Sprinkle with peanuts.

Caramelize brown sugar in a pan, deglaze with a little whipped cream or coconut milk and boil down until creamy. Pour caramel over peanuts and spread gently with a spoon. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Melt remaining chocolate and peanut butter over water bath and empty over caramel layer, making sure mixture is not too warm. Place in freezer for 10 minutes and then portion into peanut caramel candy bars.
