For the arugula salad with egg and avocado, boil eggs, peel and cut into six wedges. Mix vinegar, oil, salt and sweetener together to make a marinade.

Halve avocado and remove flesh from skin and cut into 8 wedges each. Cut cocktail tomatoes in half. Toast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan.

Marinate arugula with the marinade. Arrange arugula, eggs, avocado and tomatoes on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Grate fresh pepper over it and serve the arugula salad with egg and avocado.
