A recipe for asparagus for gourmets:

Cook a dough from milk, eggs, flour and salt and cook for half an hour to swell.

For the filling, dice the ham. Cut the asparagus into pieces and heat both in butter. Add the whipped cream and the processed cheese and mix well with the asparagus-ham mixture.

Bake narrow omelets from the dough and fill them with the asparagus-ham mixture. Roll up the filled pancakes and put them into a greased Reindl form.

Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on each pancake and bake in the oven at 170 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
