Instructions:

For the grilled chicory, wash, clean and cut the vegetables in half lengthwise. Set aside some of the inner leaves.

Remove the stalk and sprinkle the cut surfaces with lemon juice.

Mix the curd with the remaining lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the ham and the inner leaves into very small cubes and mix with the curd.

Fill the chicory with it.

Crumble the butter with the breadcrumbs and the parmesan with your fingers and spread it over the chicory.

Grill the boats for about 5 minutes.

Grilled chicory can be prepared on the grill as well as in the oven with grill function.
