For grissini with raisins and pine nuts, put flour in a baking bowl. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let stand for 10 minutes.

Roast rosemary needles in a dry frying pan until fragrant, remove from heat and add olive oil.

Soak raisins in port wine, chop pine nuts coarsely.

Then knead the port wine and yeast water with the flour, add rosemary needles with oil, pine nuts,raisins, salt and sugar.

Knead for 4-5 minutes, form into a ball and let rise for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Knead again, then roll 16-20 sticks (25-30 mm long).

Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and bake the grissini with raisins and pine nuts in a heated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes (gas 3, fan 180 °C) until golden brown.
