Mash cheese with a fork.
Whisk with butter to a creamy paste, stir through with onion, beer and spices. Season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper and pull.
Serve garnished with strips of paprika.
Tastes good as a spread or with cooked, peeled potatoes.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
