Instructions:

Mix all dough ingredients well in the above order. Form 1 cm thick rolls from the dough, cut them into 1.5 cm thick slices. Bring the milk and water to a boil, soak the galushki in it until they rise to the surface. Cut the onions into rings and fry them with the bacon cubes. Add sour cream and pour over galushki. Serve warm.
