For the Spicy Chili Chicken, peel the onion, cut in half and slice. Divide the lettuce in half and cut into strips about 1 cm wide.

Clean the bell bell pepper and carrots and cut into strips as well.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan in hot oil until hot (not all the way through, or the meat will end up too dry).

Salt and pepper, then lift out of the pan and set aside. Add more oil to the pan if needed, sauté onion well, then add bell bell pepper and carrots.

Fry until everything has taken color well, then mix in the iceberg lettuce, right after that add the chicken.

Mix the chili sauce with 100 ml of water and pour it on the fried food. Bring to the boil once and continue cooking for 10 minutes with the lid closed.

Finally, season with sesame oil. Wash the chili well and cut into rings – mix in for more spiciness if needed.
