Instructions:

For the egg liqueur, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar until foamy and gently warm up to approx. 70 °C. (Not hotter, otherwise the eggs will falter!!!!) Add the vodka and whipped cream and also heat up again to approx. 70 °C.

Fill everything into a bottle and enjoy chilled.
