Instructions:

For the meat and cheese strudel, cut the onion and fry it. Finally, add the diced bell bell pepper. Put on the side.

Season the minced meat and fry it as well. Mix the mince, onions and rolls well. Place the strudel sheets on top, brush with a little liquid butter and fill with half of the mixture. Roll up and place in a buttered form.

Do the same again with the second strudel. Brush the top of the strudel with butter as well. Bake the meat and cheese strudel at 170°C until golden brown.
