Instructions:

Cook lasagne sheets in boiling hot salted water until tender.

Peel and finely dice onions and sauté in hot oil.

Add spinach, clear soup and pressed garlic. Season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Cover and steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Add whipped cream and sesame seeds and season to taste.

Mix milk with eggs.

In an ovenproof greased dish, place layers of spinach sauce, lasagna sheets and the milk and egg mixture.

Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 30 minutes.
