Instructions:

For the cheeseburger tart, first mix the flour with the salt and make a well in the center. Prepare a dampfl in a smaller bowl and let it rise covered for about 1/4 hour until the dampfl shows the typical cracks.

Add oil , egg and the remaining water (from the dampfl) and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. In the meantime, fry the minced meat, add salt and pepper.

Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into slices, the onion into rings. Roughly chop the lettuce as well. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy.

Take away about 2/3 of the dough, knead briefly and roll out for a 28-diameter pie dish (the bottom and the edge).

Spread with tarragon mustard and cover with lettuce, onion, minced meat, gherkins, tomatoes, bacon then ketchup and finally with cheese.

Roll out the remaining third of the dough and put it on top, close the edges well. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
