Rinse fish, dry. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Select, clean and rinse spinach. Drop together in a saucepan over low heat. Remove the peel from the garlic, squeeze. Preheat the stove to 200 degrees. Spread vegetable cream and pressed garlic evenly with a brush in an ovenproof dish. Pour in the spinach. Pour wine, season with salt. Place the fish on top. Cover and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove lid and cook briefly uncovered. Stir in nuts, cheese and whipped cream. Remove the fish from the stove. Spread cream mixture evenly on top. Bake for about 10 min, bring to table.
