Rinse the thawed chicken wings, remove any remaining quills. Stir through cumin, paprika peppercorns and oil and coat the wings with it. Leave for at least one hour. Grill for about ten minutes on each side until crispy.

You can grill chicken thighs in the same way. They only need about ten minutes longer.
