Oreo Ice Cream

For the Oreo ice cream, bring the milk to the boil together with the sugar while stirring. Stir in the mascarpone. Allow the mixture to cool.

Whip the cream until almost stiff and fold in carefully. Crumble the Oreo cookies and stir into the ice cream mixture. Freeze the ice cream.
