For the Exotic Fruity Fillet Skewers, rinse the meat in cold water and pat dry. Cut into approx. 3 x 3 cm cubes.

Peel and halve the pineapple, removing the woody center, and cut into cubes. Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh into cubes.For the marinade, finely grate some orange zest, squeeze the juice. Mix all the ingredients to make a marinade.

Place the pieces of meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Mix well and let marinate in a cool place for about 1 hour.Thread the meat pieces, pineapple and mango cubes alternately on skewers. Brush with the remaining marinade.

Grill the Exotic Fruity Fillet Skewers on the hot grill on all sides (approx. 6 minutes). The meat should still be tender pink inside.
