For the pork chops with soup vegetables and rice, heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the chops. Reduce the heat and cover.
Clean the soup vegetables and cut them into small rings, slices or pieces. Add everything to the chops in the pan and increase the heat again slightly.
Place the chops on top of the vegetables, add 1 cup of water, cover and continue cooking.
For the rice, heat 2 cups of water with the bouillon cube. When the water boils, add the rice. Bring to a boil briefly, turn off heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Arrange the pork chops with soup vegetables and rice and serve.
