(*) Allerlei from yeast dough Yeast cubes in water and stand 15 min. Soften butter. Sift flour into a large enough bowl. Make a well in the center. Pour in the dissolved yeast. Stir with a small amount of flour to form a thin paste. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Add the softened butter or the wooden spoon to the flour. Gradually add the warm milk. Work into a dough with the wooden spoon or the wooden spoon, later with your hands.

Knead well with hands on a dry surface.

Shape into a ball. Cover with a wet dishcloth and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. Knead dough repeatedly. Roll out yeast dough 1/2 cm thick and cut square pieces (10 x 10 cm). Score the corners diagonally. In the center of the dough square apricot jam form.

For the windmills, press the right corners of each corner tightly together in the center. Form on a greased baking sheet, cover with a wet dishcloth and leave in a warm place until they are almost twice their volume.

Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven heated to 220 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
