For the banana bread, grease the loaf pan and sprinkle with nuts. Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Separate the eggs.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually add the egg yolks to the butter and sugar mixture, beating everything until very fluffy.

Stir in the flour with the baking powder and nuts. Mash the bananas with the lemon juice and stir with the sour cream until smooth.

Then fold in the beaten egg whites, blueberries and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth it down.

Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
