Instructions:

Defrost puff pastry sheets against each other. Using two sheets, spread out bottom and sides of a shallow gratin dish.

Clean broccoli, divide into roses, cut stems into pieces. Heat butter and a little water, steam broccoli in it for five minutes until tender, place on top of puff pastry in dish and sprinkle with pine nuts. Heat 1/4 quart water, mix in Fix for Broccoli Gratin, make one minute and pour over broccoli.

Cut remaining pastry sheets into strips about two inches wide and cover pie with them.

Bake the pâté in a heated oven at 220 °C (gas mark 3-4) for approx.

20 minutes.

Mix egg yolk with milk, brush puff pastry with it and bake for another ten minutes.
