Instructions:

Heat honey with oil a little bit, mix well, then add the finely ground hazelnuts and cool.

If the amount is still too ‘wet’, mix in a little bit of whole wheat flour.

If you want to use it as a spread, make sure the nuts are very finely ground: this is the only way to keep a creamy consistency. If you add a tiny bit of cocoa, the spread will be nice and dark.
