Steamed Snapper with Orange Curry Sauce

Instructions:

Mix sauce ingredients in a small baking bowl and set aside to cool.

Place greased steamer insert in large saucepan, fill with water to just below insert and bubble.

Add new seasoning, place fish on insert. Reduce heat and simmer fish with lid on for 8-10 minutes until fish can be picked apart with a fork.

Serve with the sauce.

Serve with: steamed vegetables or fried green vegetable bananas.
