Instructions:

Separate eggs and beat egg whites to snow.

Beat yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine until foamy. Fold in hazelnuts and zucchini.

Then mix flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture alternately with the beaten egg whites.

Bake at 160 °C (convection oven) for approx. 40 minutes.

Then let cool and cover with jam and chocolate.
