Instructions:

*****- Preparation -***** Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and chop the garlic.

Mix the minced meat with the garlic, pepper, fish sauce and soy sauce and knead well. Shape into balls about 3cm in diameter and place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and brushed with oil.

Bake the balls in a hot oven for about 15 minutes and then let them cool down.

In the meantime, prepare the flour with the egg, a little bit of salt and a little bit of water to make an elastic pasta dough, which should not stick. Roll out the dough very thinly on a little flour and cut strips about 3 mm wide.

Dip one end of a strip in egg white and wrap it tightly around a meatball. Dip the other end also in egg white and press it smooth. Wrap all the meatballs in this way with pasta strips (3 of them) until they are completely covered.

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Bake the meatballs in it for 3 min until golden, then drain on kitchen roll. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce (variant with peanuts and cucumber).
