A cake recipe for all foodies:

Coarsely chop apricots. Finely grate lemon peel, squeeze lemon. Coarsely chop almond kernels with peel. Peel apples, cut into quarters, remove core. Cut apple quarters into thin slices.

Mix apples, apricots, lemon peel and juice. Mix fat, pear juice, salt and eggs with a mixer until creamy. Fold in flour and baking powder briefly. Divide the dough in half, stir the mixed almond kernels into one half. Form into a greased cake springform pan (0 26 cm), using a tablespoon to raise the edge by about 2 cm. Stir the apple and apricot mixture into the rest of the dough, spread on the almond paste, sprinkle the chopped almonds on the edge and bake.

Circuit: 170 to 190 °C , 1st slide bar v. U.

160 to 180 °C , convection oven about 65 min.

Dust with powdered sugar as you like.
