For the sweet potato goulash, finely chop the onion and garlic. Finely grate one potato, dice the other potatoes and the sweet potatoes.

Fry the onions in olive oil until light brown, add the garlic and both paprika powders, deglaze with a dash of cider vinegar and pour in the vegetable soup.

Add sweet potatoes, potatoes and spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Add beans and bring to a boil again.

Season with salt and serve. If you like, eat bread with the sweet potato goulash.
