Instructions:

Cook Rollgerstl in chicken stock until soft, then cool. Stir Parmesan, QimiQ, yolk, lovage puree well, add Rollgerstl, fold in snow and season. Fill into buttered, crumbled forms and bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 25 minutes. Season sour cream with salt, garlic, olive oil, pepper, add cucumber.
