Peach Lychee Casserole From the Slow Cooker

Instructions:

Drain the peaches and the lychees (so that you collect the juice from the peaches).

Cut the peaches into wedges and put them in the slow cooker with the lychees (and the raisins).

Pour the collected juice and the cornflour over it and stir everything well. Melt the butter and mix well with the cinnamon.

Slice the croissants (about 12 pieces total), toss in the butter-cinnamon mixture and place on top of the fruit in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the brown sugar on top and cook on HIGH for 3 hours with the lid closed.

Arrange the casserole and serve.
