For the millet-vegetable pan with peanut sauce, first boil the millet nicely in a pot of water (cooking time on medium heat about 10-15 minutes), but do not salt the water.

After the millet is cooked through and ready to eat, you can heat a pan with a little oil. Peel the carrots and use a vegetable shredder or vegetable spaghetti cutter to cut the carrot into small strips.

Add the bamboo shoots, carrots, corn and bean sprouts to the pan and fry briefly. Salt and pepper well.

As the last ingredient, add the millet to the pan, stir well and let everything sit for a while. For the sauce, take a small pot and melt the cream cheese in it.
