Muffin Method, see Basics About Muffins/Muffin Method Mix the liquid ingredients well (blender), sift the dry well, make bulge, liquid into dry. Lift together with a rubber spatula. The less you stir the better the muffins.

Blueberries (Tk) frozen under the flour before stirring together.

Do not defrost or muffins will be pink like grandma’s love toast.

Fill in the treated (greased or possibly paper) muffin tin and bake at 205 C for 20 min, oven preheated
