Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

1. cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Drain and mix with the oil. 2.

Remove the skin from the onions and kohlrabi and chop finely. Rinse and chop the mushrooms. Peel and dice the tomatoes.

Mix the pasta with the chopped vegetables and place in an ovenproof dish with a medium-high rim.

Mix the milk with the creme fraiche, pepper, cheese, salt and thyme and pour over the pasta. Divide the butter into flakes and place on top.

Put the pasta on the broiler (in the middle) in the cold oven. Bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes until the noodles are browned.

Rinse the chives, cut into fine rolls and sprinkle over the pasta.
