For the cabbage sprouts with garlic breadcrumbs, cut the stalk of the cleaned cabbage sprouts crosswise if necessary, i.e. larger cabbage sprouts.

Cook in salted water for about 15 minutes until not too soft. Meanwhile, fry the breadcrumbs in hot butter. Stir in the chopped garlic and parsley.

Strain the cooked cabbage sprouts, add and toss in the breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt.
