Instructions:

Stir curd cheese with egg yolk, custard powder and honey. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into curd mixture. Layer raspberries with curd and rusk in a greased ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven at 200 °C /gas mark 3 for about half an hour. Serve hot or cooled.
