A great pasta dish for any occasion:
1. clean vegetables, rinse, dice. Steam fennel in hot oil for 5 min. until soft, adding wine. Add zucchini, sauté another 5 min. until soft. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Season to taste.
In the meantime, make pasta, adding the red lentils for the last 5 minutes.
Add whipped cream, capers and pesto to the sauce. Season to taste. Make up. Serve sauce with pasta and lentil mixture.
