For the Kohlrabi in Chilipanier, peel the kohlrabi and cut each head in half. Cut each half into thin slices. (about 1 cm). Put the flour in a bowl.

Crack the eggs into another bowl and beat well. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl and mix the chili flakes to them.

Salt the kohlrabi slices a bit and put them carefully with both sides first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Put the breaded slices aside.

Heat plenty of oil in a higher pan and place the vegetable slices in the hot oil. Fry on both sides for a few minutes until they turn a golden brown color.

After frying, place the kohlrabi on some slices of kitchen paper to let the oil drip off a bit.
